Payroll Conversion Data Check

Report on possible problems with the data in the conversion payroll.   

  • The output is Excel.
  • The report will look at all payrolls in the system that have the 'This is a conversion payroll' checkbox checked in any year.
  • A Staff List is created if any problems were found.

Scenarios that are checked:

No deductions

If there is a payroll conversion record (PayrollStaff) that contains no deduction records (PayrollStaffDeduction)

Federal Gross does not match applied on deductions

If the Gross Pay Federal value found on the PayrollStaff is not equal to the sum of Federal Income Tax Applie Wage amounts from the deductions.

State Gross does not match applied on deductions

If the Gross Pay State value found on the PayrollStaff is not equal to the sum of Any State Income Tax Applie Wage amounts from the deductions.
