On the Budget > Account Maintenance > Adjustments > Budget Transfer Requests screen, select the Status "Ready for Posting" and click Search.
All requests that have gone through the approval process will show in the search results as Ready for Posting. You can post them either by checking them all off and clicking the Post Checked Budget Transfer Requests button OR by clicking the Post button at the end of each row. Once posted, the requests will be applied to the expense accounts.
