Scroll down to the Departments section of the tab
Click on the Schools hyperlink and you will be brought to the Departments tab. To record a Department-wide relationship for a school, click on the Properties button for the respective department.
To add the relationship (Supervisor) for approving timesheets or employee forms, click on the Add Relationship button:
In the pop-up box, select the relationship (Supervisor for this example) and select the employee. Click the Add button to add and save the relationship assignment
When you go back to the Hierarchy tab, you will see the Brown relationship of Supervisor assigned to the department. The District can utilize the Brown Supervisor relationship for department based timesheets and department based employee forms approvals.
