Board of Education Agenda reports

REPORT #1:  BOE Staff Approvals Report

1. Intended to be utilized at BOE meetings throughout the year
2. Report is sorted by Location and then by Department

How to run the report:

Navigate to the Reports tab and enter “BOE Staff” in the keyword search box on the Reports tab, click on Search for Reports.

When you click on the Schedule button, you can set the parameters for the report.  You MUST select the Board Agenda Date that you want to run the report.

Another popular parameter is the position type.  The report can be run for all position types, only contractual positions or only non contractual position.  

REPORT #2:  Board Agenda Summary Report

1. Intended to be utilized at the spring rehire meeting or to export / import data into the agenda for BOE meetings.
2. Report is sorted by Salary Guide
