The recommended procedure for creating/adding Board Agenda Dates is as follows:
1. On the Personnel - Positions - Search Positions screen, select the checkboxes for Position Tracking records and press the "Mass Change" for the "For Checked Position Trackings"
2. Select the Checkbox for "Board Agenda Date" and enter the date for the Board Agenda (Side Note: If the Staff Record Board Agenda is blank on the Positions screen you will want to check the box for "Only Update Blank Dates" otherwise the date will not appear)
3. Once you have reviewed all your Board Agenda Dates for the Positions screen for the Position Tracking Records you will want to toggle to the Personnel - Setup - Board Agendas screen and press the "Create Board Agendas" button
These dates will be available as search filters on the Personnel - Contracts screen
