The recommended procedure for creating/adding Board Agenda Dates is as follows:
1. On the Personnel - Setup - Board Agendas screen, select the "Add Board Agenda"
2. On the Personnel - Positions - Search Positions screen, select the checkboxes for Position Tracking records and press the "Mass Change" for the "For Checked Position Trackings"
3. Select the Checkbox for "Board Agenda Date" and choose the date from the dropdown
