Genesis SchoolFi offers the ability to track purchases that are considered fixed assets. 

This is not an inventory system, it is simply flagging purchased items as a fixed asset so a report can be printed showing the purchase orders containing those items.

To Flag a Purchase as a Fixed Asset -

When entering a purchase order, in the Items section use the Item Type drop-down to select Fixed Asset.
