Answers to questions from the training:
- If the vendor address is not flagged with the checkbox for “Remit” will the system default to the Order address for the checks? The answer is NO. If the address is not flagged as “Remit” it will not print an address on the check. Likewise for the Order Address. If an address is not flagged as “Order” it will not print an address on the Purchase Order. Only the vendor name will print when the address is not identified as “Order” or “Remit”.
- Can a semi-colon be entered between email addresses for emailing purchase orders to vendors? The answer is NO. The system will provide an error. Only one email address at a time can be entered when emailing purchase orders. We will have further training on emailing POs during our PO Processing Training.

How to Adjust a Purchase Order - June 15, 2022 - unfortunately, the video did not record. To find instructions on this process, search for the article "Adjusting or Canceling a Purchase Order." There you will find the document to guide you through different scenarios in adjusting a PO as well as a couple training videos. In addition, on the Budget > Expenditures > Purchase Orders screen in SchoolFi you will see the YouTube icon at the top, right corner of the screen. There are some videos there on how to adjust a PO as well.
