Previewing a Conference Form

To preview a Conference Form, click on the Form's "Preview" tab, available when the Conference Form is open (i.e. either on the Properties screen or the Questions screen).  This will display the Conference Form as it will - mostly - look to a user filling it in:

it will not look exactly as it would a 'real' user because there is no fake user data that can be pulled in to populate questions that might pull data from the user's live record.

You can also preview the PDF version of the Conference Form by clicking the  button.

You can also view the Conference Form in 'read-only' mode, by checking the "Show as read only" checkbox.

That is all there is to Preview.  You cannot store the "preview" outside of the Conference Form.  This capability exists only to check your work in developing the Conference Form.
