Scroll down to the Locations / School section of the tab
Click on the Schools hyperlink and you will be brought to the Schools tab. To record a School-wide relationship for a school, click on the Properties button for the respective school.
To add the relationship (Principal) for approving timesheets or employee forms, click on the Add Relationship button:
In the pop-up box, select the relationship (Principal for this example) and select the employee. Click the Add button to add and save the relationship assignment
When you go back to the Hierarchy tab, you will see the Green relationship of Principal assigned to the school. The District can utilize the Green Principal relationship for location based timesheets and location based employee forms approvals.
