Gross Wages
Gross wages is the sum of all gross wages as shown on the Pay History screen's gross column.
Plus Imputed
Imputed is the sum of all imputed as shown on each payroll records audit tab in the summary note card.
Less PA Wages
Less PA wages is the sum of all gross wages as shown on the Pay History screen's gross column where the state code on the audit tabs summary note card is PA
Less PA Imputed
The sum of all imputed as shown on each payroll records audit tab in the summary note card where the state code is PA
Total Earnings
The combination of gross wages and plus imputed
Less Tax Exempt
A list of all deductions with the Exempt from State Tax flag set on the Payroll.Deductions screen.
For each deduction, the amount is the sum of the Amount column as show on each payroll records audit tab in the deductions note card.
