How to Complete an Employee Form in the Employee Portal

When you log into the Employee Portal, go to the Documents tab.  Click on the Employee Forms button.  You will be brought to a list of all the employee forms that are available.




First, you will select the School Year (Aqua colored box) that you want to complete a form in, or, to review a previously completed form.  Then you can:


  1. Click on one of the folders to find the form you want to complete.  Either the form will be listed on the screen, or
  2. Click on the Fill Other Form button to access a list of forms that are available to you to complete.  Once you select a form from the folder, it will appear in the list of forms under the respective folder.  
  3. To complete the form, click on the Fill Form button
  4. To view a compete form, click on the View as PDF button.
