There are two ways to mass create Employee Portal accounts:
- All Staff
- Specific staff list
Create All Staff Employee Portal Accounts
To create Employee Portal accounts for all staff members in Staff Management, choose a "Creation Tag" name. Then choose an Employee Portal Security Role that will be assigned to all of these users from the drop down. For the "Only staff in this list" drop down, choose the "All Staff" list.
Then click the "Create Portal Users from Contacts" button. The popup will tell you how many Employee Portal accounts were created successfully.
PLEASE NOTE: All Employee Portal Accounts are created as disabled, make sure you enable the accounts to move forward with the Employee Portal account creation process.
