Ghost Log-in to an Employees Portal Account

"Ghost Log-in" is when a SchoolFi user accesses and logs into an employee's Portal account.  The Log-in is "live" and the system behaves as if the SchoolFi user is the employee.  

To grant permission for a SchoolFi user to "Ghost Log-In" to an employee's Portal account, the SchoolFi user must have the following screen in their SchoolFi role:

On the personnel Screen, first search for the employee and then click on their name.  You will be brought to their Demographocs tab.  Click on the "Blue man" in the Blue bar

Then click on the button highted below:

A pop-up window will appear on your screen (make sure your browser's pop-up blocker is not active for the SchoolFi page).  You must be logged out of Employee Portal for this to work correctly.

And then you will be logged into the respective employee's Portal account and you will see everything that the employee sees when he/she logs into the Portal.
