How to report on Hours worked for accumulated sick time

SchoolFi does not have a module to specifically track and/or account for accumulated hours for accruing sick time or and other leave categories on a per-hour basis.  The District can produce an excel document based on timesheets submitted and hours paid through the payroll module to track and/or account for accumulated time on an hourly basis.  Many districts will generate these reports for after-school programs or other programs that are hourly based and outside of the contractual calendar module.


To generate the excel document, navigate to the Payroll  >>>  Analysis  >>> Casuals tab.   The excel report parameters will be set in the search criteria section.  The District can select the payrolls to be included in the report.  In addition, the District would select the Timesheet Definition, Timesheet Group, and/or the Other Earning (or any combination, thereof).


Be sure to monitor the Max # of results, and click on the Search button.  



After you have reviewed the results on the screen, you can click on the Excel icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the tab to export the results.  The District can utilize the data to account for the accumulated time outside of SchoolFi.
