TerminationDate		Employment History Screen: Termination Record / end date. Termination Record is the record with the most recent End Date.
PayrollStatus		Demographics Screen: Employment Status code (I=Inactive, A=Active)
AUP		Always blank
Username		Formula: First letter of first name + last name - then converted to lowercase
Homeroom		Always blank
MiddleName		Demographics Screen: Middle name
JobDescription		Job Roles Screen: Job role with lowest sequence, Job Code field (The description part of it)
Is Coach	Y	Demographics Screen: "Y" if coach, blank if not a coach
