You have the ability to store any documents related to a particular payroll electronically. Using the Payroll >> Payroll >> Documents tab, you can upload all documents you need for processing a payroll. That old "tickler" file can now be electronic!
Required Security Access
To provide security access to this screen, this is the permission that needs to be added to the appropriate role(s):
Setting up the Document Type for the Payroll Documents
The first time the District accesses the Payroll Documents tab, you will have a message that the Document Type is not set up. Click on the Document Type hyperlink
Click on the Add Document Type button:
In the pop up window, enter the code, description, storage silo and school year field. you MUST choose Payroll Run Documents for the special functionality and you can select your sorting option.
You can add as many different payroll run document types as you would like.
Importing a Payroll Run Document
Navigate to the Documents tab in any payroll (past, current or future) and click on the Attach a New Document button.
Select the Document type, add a title and upload the document.
