The Payroll→Payroll→Exceptions screen lists all staff members with Errors or Warnings for the currently selected Payroll:
Staff members with Errors which will prevent Payroll from running are shown at the top of the list in red:
Staff members with Warnings are shown below those with Exceptions, and are not highlighted:
Getting to Staff Member Records
Clicking on a staff member's ID# will bring you to the staff member's record. You can then go to the screen necessary to fix the error or warning that is referenced by the accompanying message. In the Quick Links column, you can use these links to go directly to the employee's Deductions, Other Earnings or Summary screen. At the end of the row is a link to take you to the employee's Audit screen.
Creating Lists of Staff Members with Issues
For convenience, at the top of the list, there is a button.
Clicking this button creates a static Staff List and brings you to the Staff Record for the first person on the list alphabetically. If there are staff members with Exceptions (shown in red), the list will not show these staff members at the top (unless they happen to appear first in alphabetical order).
