A wide variety of search options are available to you on this screen. A good practice is after each search click the Reset button before you perform a new search. Note, on certain fields there is a symbol that allows you to select multiple data options in that field. Note: you must have a "Status as of" date populated in order for the search to work.
Add Position(s) Button - click HERE for instructions on adding new positions
Mass Update Checked Button - First, complete a search on the main position screen and check off all positions you wish to mass update. Then, to use this mass update button option, check the box to the left of the field to mass update that position or position tracking field. Warning - If a field is checked and the field data is left blank, the system will mass update that field to a blank field. After your selections are made, click the Mass Update button.
Mass Add Sub Types Button - First, complete a search on the main position screen and check off all positions you wish to mass update. Then, use this mass update button to select each sub type(s) you wish to mass add to the selected positions. Then click the Assign button.
Mass Set Bill Substitutes to Button - First, complete a search on the main position screen and check off all positions you wish to mass update. Then, use this mass update button to enter the account number(s) and percentage(s)/amount(s) you wish to mass add to the selected positions. Then click the Mass Set Bill Substitutes to button.
