To access the Positions Rollover Guide, go to Personnel >>> Positions >>> Rollover Guide.  The “working” section is highlighted by the red box and the Status boxes are highlighted by the yellow boxes.  



You will complete Steps #1 through #9.  After all steps are complete and verified, the “Rollover 2024-25 Positions” button will appear.  PLEASE NOTE:  You may need to work with your System Administrator to complete some tasks because you may not have security access to all tabs required in this rollover guide.


As you complete each step, you can add any notes or comments by clicking in the icon denoted by the red arrow.  Once the step is complete, click on the icon denoted by the purple arrow to sign off and verify the completion of the step.

Step 3: Rollover Schools

Step 4: Rollover Contract Settings

Step 5: Review Rollover Options for Salary Guides

Step 6: Review Salary Guides in the succeeding year

Step 7: Set up next Year Additional Contractual Earnings

Step 8: Rollover Time Week Sets

Step 9: Review/Verify the Employees start dates for the succeeding year

AFTER rollover is complete, we recommend the District review all of the new positions and you can create the rehire agenda and/or employment contracts and you can prepare for Open Enrollment.
