Step 1: Rollover Expenditure Charge To Accounts

  1. Go to the Financial >>> Setup >>> Budget Accounts >>> List screen and select the current year in yellow.
  2. Click on the Expense type of account
  3. Check all accounts, or check the accounts that you want to rollover into the following year
  4. Click Copy Checked
  5. In the pop-up box, select the following year and select Copy
  6. When complete, please ensure you sign off on the Positions >>> Rollover tab.

           

 

OPTIONAL - You can also roll over your Balance Sheet and Revenue accounts at this time.
