Creating a Result View
Adding a new Search Result View
- Click on the Add button
- Enter the name and hit the Create button
Importing a Search View from the Library
- Click on the Import from Library
- Select the View to import
- Click on Import
Adding a Column to a Search Result View
- Click on the Add Column Button
- Fil in the information in the pop up box and click Add
- Select the expression by clicking on the "Brown Box"
- Search for the field that you want to utilize for the row and click on the Choose button
- You can set the display options for the row (the most common are alignment, format and link to (if you want your data to be hyperlinked to a tab in SchoolFi )
- You can also use the SEQuence for the column "placement"
