Creating a Result View


Adding a new Search Result View

  1. Click on the Add button
  2. Enter the name and hit the Create button


Importing a Search View from the Library

  1. Click on the Import from Library
  2. Select the View to import
  3. Click on Import



 

Adding a Column to a Search Result View

  1. Click on the Add Column Button 
  2. Fil in the information in the pop up box and click Add
  3. Select the expression by clicking on the "Brown Box"  
  4. Search for the field that you want to utilize for the row and click on the Choose button
  5. You can set the display options for the row (the most common are alignment, format and link to (if you want your data to be hyperlinked to a tab in SchoolFi )
  6. You can also use the SEQuence for the column "placement"
