The Personnel→Staff→Search Staff Screen
This screen has a number of separate functions, including:
- Search for staff using a wide variety of criteria that can be combined together.
- Create static staff lists from search results.
- Display a variety of different informational views - called "Search Result Views".
- Create mailing or other labels for the staff members returned by the search.
- Change Sort By button has up to 4 levels to sort based on columns in the search view. Sort by options will be saved between sessions unless the search view is changed. If no search view defaults are selected, the defaults are last name, first name.
Searching for Staff
You can search for staff members in Staff Management from the Personnel > Staff > Search Staff tab in many different ways. Make your selections and click the Search button. It's a good idea to click the Reset button between searches.
Search parameters can even be combined to give specific staff member results. All search results are exportable to Excel by using the Excel icon at the top, right corner of the screen.
