1. Enter the start time, the end time and a comment (if required) for the date that you worked.
2. As you enter information it will be RED. You MUST click on the “Save” button to record your information. If you do not click the “Save” button the information will be lost. In addition, you MUST enter “AM/PM” in the start and end time fields of the timesheet will not calculate your time.
3. If you want to add a row (maybe if you worked on a weekend), click the ‘Add Record” button.
4. You have the option to delete any unused rows.
5. To view or print your timesheet, you can click on the “Print” button.
6. When you are complete, click on the ‘Sign and Submit” button to send your timesheet for review and approval.
