Viewing Budget Account Status via the Employee Portal

On the Account Status screen you will be able to see all accounts you have permission to view, and all of the activity on those accounts.  From the Budget tab, select the Account Status tab.

  



 

The following window opens listing all of the accounts for which you are responsible.  You can see at-a-glance on this screen the balances of each account as displayed in each column.  

 



 

To see the details of the purchase orders and/or requisitions applied to each account number, click on the number button in the POs or Requisitions column.  

 

When clicking on the number in the POs column, you will see details about the purchase order(s) applied to this account number – example below.  To view the PO you can click on the PDF icon.

 

      

 

When clicking on the number in the Requisitions column, you will see details about the requisition(s) applied to this account number – example below:

 

       


 

As your district continues with Genesis SchoolFi budget over many school years, you will be able to see previous budget years’ account data by clicking on the appropriate school year in the “School Year” bar.
