Account groups are the way we control access to expense accounts for requisitions / transfer requests / budget building. Most Districts will create an account group based on location and/or department. The account groups should be created in the next year or 2023-24.
You will know that you are working in 2023-24 (next year) because the background of the tab will be green , as illustrated in the picture below. The yellow bar is where you can select the school year that you are working.
We have built-in instructional “How-To” articles to guide you through the process and you can start to build and assign your account groups.
