Rolling over Account Groups

If the District bult the succeeding year budge in SchoolFi, the account groups (generally) have been rolled or, or copied, to the succeeding year.  If they were not, go to the Account Groups tab, select the account groups that you want to roll over, or copy, to the succeeding year (red arrow) and click on the Copy to School Year button (purple arrow). 

PLEASE NOTE:  if you built the 2024-25 budget in SchoolFi, you may have already set up your Account Groups.  You should review what is set up for 2024-25 and you may just want to sign off on the rollover guide to document your review of account groups for 2024-25.

Select the Year that you want to copy the Account Groups to and click on the Copy button.
