How to Record your Signature and 4 digit PIN

When you log into the Employee Portal, go to the Security tab and you will find the following box:


Record your signature with your mouse, or, on a touch screen device.  Then enter your 4-digit PIN number (that only you have access to) and click the Create Signature button.  


You will always have the option to clear your signature and re-record.  




IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE RESETTING


YOUR PIN - follow one of the two options below.



1 - If you see the button indicated below, you can click it to request a PIN# change.

After clicking the button, you will see this message.  Read the message and then click the Request button.

You will then see the confirmation the request was made.



2 - If you do NOT see the button indicated above in option #1, please contact your school district's Genesis SchoolFi system administrator or the central office in your school district.
