If a staff member does not populate on your tab the first time you search, check your search parameters and try again.

Viewing SGOs

In the column that says View you will see an "SGO 1" button and a little Document Icon. By clicking the "SGO 1" button, you are able to view a started SGO form at any point, even before a staff member submits it for your approval. If a staff member uploads any documents in support of their SGO, you can view these documents by clicking on the Document Icon.

Approval Process

In the "Approved" column, you will find two difference options, "Waiting for Teacher," or an "Approve" button.

  • “Waiting for Teacher” means that the teacher/staff member has not signed and submitted their SGO form for approval.
  • If the “Approve” button appears, that means the teacher/staff member has signed and submitted their SGO for approval and you are able to approve it.

Once the "Approve" button is clicked you will get a pop up button prompting you for you Signature Pin. Once you enter your 4-digit pin, click the "Sign and Approve" button.

When an SGO form is approved, it will add the approvers last name and the date it was approved.

Allow Edits/Changes to an SGO Form

If either you or the staff member wants to make a change to the SGO form, you have the option to unsign the SGO form to allow for any edits. Check off the box next to the SGO form you would like to unsign, and then click the "Unsigned/Unsubmit Checked Forms" button. By clicking this, it will remove all signatures. The staff member can then go in and make any changes. Once those changes are completed, they will have to go through the same process of signing and submitting their form for re-approval.

*NOTE: This is different than the mid-year revision. This would be is a staff member make a mistake or spelling error.
