Rolling over Bid Categories & Setting your quote/bid threshold limits

Go to the Bid Categories >>>  Setup tab and select the bid categories that you want to roll over, or copy, to the succeeding year (red arrow) and click on the Copy Checked to School Year button (purple arrow).   

Select the School Year and click the copy button.

On the yellow bar, click on the succeeding year.  The background will change the green.  Review your Bid Options and ensure they are properly set and enter your quote and / or bid threshold amounts and click the Save button.
