Viewing All Walkthroughs

Within your Employee Portal, you will have the ability to not only conduct walkthroughs but view all the walkthroughs throughout the district.

You will click on the "All Walkthroughs" tab and that will bring up the all different options you can filter your search by, along with a list below of all the walkthroughs that have been completed already. On the far right side of each walkthough there is a print PDF button which you can click on to view and or print the walkthrough if need be.

Conducting Walkthroughs

When conducting walkthroughs, you will start on the "My Walkthroughs" tab. This screen will give you a few options of how you want to display the walkthroughs that you as an observer created. You can have all your walkthroughs in one list, or you can have them broken up by the form you used to conduct the walkthrough that is completely up to you.

When it comes to creating a walkthrough on this same tab you will click on the Create a Walkthrough button.

This window will appear on your screen, this is where you select the form you want to use, the staff member you are observing, along with the date and time the walkthrough will take place, and finally the period and subject that the staff member will be teaching at that time.

Once you have completed filling out all of the information for this walkthrough you will click on the Create button and it will make the walkthrough ready for use.

In the image below you can see a new line has appeared with the information you just entered and selected for this walkthrough you are going to conduct. To start this walkthrough you will click on the Fill Form button, this will bring you to the next screen where the form is ready to be filled out.

On this screen you will fill out the form, these forms are all generated by each individual district. The forms can be very complex and contain multiple questions and provide great detail, or they can be as simple as the one you see here.

Once you have completed filling out the form, you will click the Save button, after that if you are ready to submit the form you can click the Sign and Submit button.

After you click the Sign and Submit button you will get a pop up on the screen, it will ask you for your PIN that you use to sign off on observations, along with if you want the staff member to be notified by email that a walkthrough has been completed and is ready for them to view it. You can also add in any additional messages you want into the comment box, it will then be added to the email the staff member receives.

After you click on the Sign and Submit button to send the form to the staff member, you will see your signature at the bottom of the screen, along with a notification that an email was sent to the staff member if you chose to do so.

At this point, you can click on the "My Walkthroughs" tab again and see that the information has now been updated. It now shows that the walkthrough was signed and submitted, it will provide the date and time for you. Along with now the Fill Form button is changed to a View Form button, this is so you can reference back to the walkthrough you completed if you ever need to.
