The District has the option of manually assigning a timesheet to a staff member who does not have a position tracking record. This feature is intended for substitute staff members for whom the District does not want to create position tracking records. The feature can be used for other instances based on your District's needs.
To manually assign a timesheet to an individual staff member, navigate to the Staff members Timesheets tab and then click on the Manual Assignment tab.
Click the Add button to manually assign a timesheet to the staff member and complete the following:
You MUST include the hourly rate or the daily rate if the rate is not specified in the respective timesheet definition.
The From and Thru dates are utilized to control access to the manual timesheet when the staff member click on the Add Timesheet button in the Employee Portal.
Once the timesheet is manually assigned to the staff member, the staff member will be listed on the Usage tab for the respective timesheet definition:
