Overview

This task creates a comma-separated value (CSV) file for Bloomz that contains basic staff demographic and contact information.

SFTP Settings
Active Staff Only
Staff Locations (Staff is included once in the file using their primary location)

All Staff members (Active or Inactive) are included by default.

If the Active Staff Only option is used then only Active staff are included.

Employment Status is set on the Demographics screen of a staff member.

The file does contain a header row.

1	staff_firstname	First name on the demographics tab
2	staff_lastname	Last name on the demographics tab
3	staff_email	Primary Email from the staff's contact
4	staff_secondary_email	Second Broadcast Email from the staff's contact
5	staff_phone	Primary Phone Number from the staff's contact
6	staff_secondary_phone	Second Broadcast Phone Number from the staff's contact
7	staff_title	Category on the demographics tab
8	staff_role	Left blank
9	staff_language	Primary Language on the demographics tab
10	school_name	School Name on the staff's Primary Location
