Copying Over Last Year's Admin Goal Scores

In Staff Management under Evaluations > Admin Goals > Analysis, you will have the ability to copy over the previous year's Admin Goal score data for the upcoming (current) school year. 

You will want to toggle back to the previous school year, so then you can select that data you would like to move into the current school year. 

You can search for your staff using any of the parameters above, since only Tenured administrators are carrying over their Admin Goal data, the best would be to use the combination of Tenure Status and Evaluation Category to narrow down the list of staff. You can also use a staff list if you build one in SchoolFi.

When you search for your staff you will be able to see anyone who does not  have Admin Goal data for that school year, or if they do, how many Admin Goals  they have. Either 1, 2, 3 or 4.

You can select the specific Admin Goals you want to copy over, either by selecting all of them or individually selecting the ones you need to carry over. Once you select them, you can click the Copy Checked button and it will ask which year you want to copy the Admin Goal data over to. You will also check off the Also Copy All Other Data button, this will bring over signatures, dates, and any notes on the Admin Goal. 

Once you click copy, the data will be moved over into the selected School Year.
