Creating an Admin Goal Form

Starting a new Admin Goal

Sign into your Employee Portal. Go to Evaluations->Admin Goals.

Administrators can have up to 4 Admin Goals.

The Admin Goals screen and tools are simple and straightforward:

  • There is an "Admin Goal selector" at the upper left corner. It allows you to select which Admin Goal you will be working on:

  • None of the Admin Goals pre-exist: you must create each to be able to fill it in. There is a "Start a new form" button for each of the four Admin Goals.

Starting a new Admin Goal is simple and straightforward.

  • Click on the "Evaluations" top tab, if it is not yet selected.

  • Click on the "Admin Goals" second level tab. This will bring up the "Admin Goals" screen.

  • Once on the Admin Goals screen, select which Admin Goal you want to work on.

  • Finally, create the Admin Goal by clicking the "Start a new form: Goal #" button in the middle of the screen. You will be prompted to start filling out the form:

Click Ok to continue, this will bring up the Admin Goal Form.

Now you can begin to fill out the form.

Filling out an Admin Goal Form

The first portion of the form is where you will fill in the Rationale, Administrator Goal, and Baseline Data sections which will determine what your Admin Goal will be about. (We do not address the content – we only provide the tool).

The next section is where you will fill out your scores for this goal. Once completed, click the "Save" button.

Working on an Admin Goal

You can work on an Admin Goal until it meets your satisfaction. It does not have to be completed in one sitting. Remember to save your changes before ending your session.

Viewing an Admin Goal as a Printable Form

At any point during the process of inputting your data, you can save your work and click the "View PDF" button found at the top of the page to view, save, and print the Admin Goal form.

Submitting an Admin Goal for Review and Approval

When you have completed the Admin Goal, you will then submit it for review and approval. At the top of the form, you will find the "Sign and Submit Form for Approval" button.

Once you click the button, you will see a pop up box to enter your Signature PIN. Enter your Signature PIN, then click the "Sign and Submit" button.

This will then make the form READ-ONLY: you will no longer be able to update it. This will then send the completed form off to your supervisor/dept head/principal for approval (whomever is charged to do so).

If, for any reason, before you sign and submit the SGO, you wish to start over, click the "Delete this Form" button. This removes the entire form and takes you back to the original "empty" screen:
