Overview
This task creates a comma-separated value (CSV) file for K-12 Alerts that contains basic staff demographic and contact information.
Options
Selection of Data
Active Staff members.
Employment Status is set on the Demographics screen of a staff member.
Layout Output
k12AlertsStaff.csv
The file does contain a header row.
Column | Description | Notes |

| 3 | middleName | Middle name on the Demographics tab |
| 4 | lastName | Last name on the Demographics tab |
| 5 | Grade/Dept | Primary Department Code on the Demographics tab |
| 6 | School/Building | Primary Location Code on the Demographics tab |
| 7 | Gender | Gender code on the Demographics tab |
| 8 | Position/Title | Title field on the Demographics tab |
| 9 | phone 1 | Staff's primary phone number on the Staff Contacts tab |
| 10 | phone 2 | The second phone number on the Staff Contacts tab |
| 11 | staffEmail 1 | Staff's primary email on the Staff Contacts tab |
| 12 | staffEmail 2 | Staff's second email on the Staff Contacts tab |
| 13 | text-to-cell #1 | Staff's primary cell phone number on the Staff Contacts tab |
| 14 | text-to-cell #2 | Staff's second cell phone number on the Staff Contacts tab |
