During implementation, Genesis will set up the Business Administrator and the SchoolFi System Administrator to receive System Task Email alerts when1+ errors or 1+ warnings occurs in one of the numerous System Tasks.
To subscribe, unsubscribe or modify a subscription, navigate to the System >>> Tasks >>> Email Alerts tab. To add an email to the listing, click on the Add Email button.
To subscribe, unsubscribe or modify a subscription select the email and click Search Button
You can either click on the Enable Emails button to select all tasks, or, you can individually select the task to be enabled. After the tasks have been selected click on one of the Save buttons.
You can then select the emails that will be sent on a nightly basis. Selections are:
- Success Email is sent when there are no errors in the log.
- Failure Email is sent when there are 1+ errors or (optionally) 1+ warnings in the log.
- Add Warnings in Failure Email
To unsubscribe from a task, simply uncheck the task and click on the Save button.
