While on the Purchase Order Search screen, you have the ability to save search settings. So, if you search for certain criteria often, you can save those choices in a Named Search.
After clicking the Named Search button, the following window opens. Enter the name for this search and click Create Named Search. Going forward, when you click on the Named Search button you will see choices in your Named Search list.
