1. On the above "modify/manage petty cash purchase order" screen, click the button. A confirmation dialog is then displayed:
Click Ok to continue.
2. This then creates a payment and new payment batch to contain it and displays an information message to tell you the batch was created:
Click Close to continue the process.
3. The following screen is then displayed:
4. The "Petty Cash History" area at the bottom of the screen now contains the initial check for Petty Cash. Click on one of the "Go to Print Checks Screen for Petty Cash" links (there are two) to go print the check. This brings up the normal "Print Checks" screen:
5. From here (Expenditures→Print Checks→List) you can print the check (or simply mark it printed) as you normally would.
6. To void the initial check, after the check has been processed the record will have a Void Check button.
After clicking on the Void Check button, the following window will open. Enter the reason and the void date, then click the Void Original Check button.
