Payroll Processing Operations: After Finalizing the Payroll

Once the pay roll state is  payroll has been finalized.  Data can no longer be updated for this payroll.  After you have finalized payroll you can still:

• Recall Pay Stubs - If you find any error in the pay stubs, you can recall and regenerate them.
• Regenerate Pay Stubs - Once pay stubs have been recalled you can regenerate them
• Print Reports - You can (re-)print the reports generated as part of the payroll and generate additional new reports.

What you cannot do:  You cannot update any data - other than pay stubs - that affects pay in any way.
