Conference Form: Department Question Type

Department- A drop down list of the Departments that are setup in Staff Management that can be chosen from as an answer to your question typed into the Question Box

After creating a Questions with a  "Department" Answer Type, it shows in the list of questions as follows:

The Edit screen for it has no special parameters.  Not that the "Store Result when form is completed in this Staff field" is also empty:  there is no automatic way to store the user's response in their staff record.
