The 1095c form is not designed to be used in window envelopes. If you need to mail them, and want to print mailing labels, here is how you can do it:
1 - From the Reports tab, search for 1095c Report. Click Schedule to run the report. Follow the instructions on the screen shot to create the staff list.
2. Go to the Personnel Search screen and choose the staff list created in step 1. Check off all records and click the Create Labels for Checked button.
