Custom Contact Flags

These are checkboxes that appear on the Contacts staff screen, for both the Staff Management & Employee Portal.

This chart will display the details of your contact flags.

  • Track which flags are used for emails and phones
  • Select which flags are visible on the Employee Portal Contacts page
  • Track to see how many of these flags are currently in use and, who they are attached to (select the number under the “Count Used” column)



Properties

You can edit Custom Flags when you initially set them up or select the “Properties” button.

Note: That in the setup portion of these flags, you can select which are viewable on the Employee Portal.



Staff Management View 

This is how the data will then display in the Staff Management View of the staffs’ Contacts screen.



Employee Portal View

This is how the data will then display in the Employee Portal View of the Contacts screen. Remember that on the Staff Management side you have control over which flags appear.
