Adding User Flags and Icons

Go to Personnel tab, Setup tab, and then the User Flags tab. Click the "Add User Flag" button.


 

Create a Code and Description for whatever you would like this badge to be. Then click the "Add" button.

                                        


You will then be able to choose different settings for that particular badge as well as which pre-loaded icon you would like to use. This icon can show in Staff Management, next to the staff member's name on their Personnel file. You can also have the flags displayed in the Documents tab of their Employee Portal. You can choose to allow the evaluators to see the icons chosen. You can also choose to have the icons save to that person to be displayed next school year as well.  Then click the "Save Changes" button. 


Then go back to the main Personnel tab and search for a staff member you would like to assign a badge to. Navigate to their "User Flags" tab. Check the box next to the badge you would like to add, then click the "Save" button. 




Then, you will see the Badge Icon next to the staff member's name on the name banner.




The icon will also appear in the Documents tab on their Employee Portal.
