Creating a Static Staff List
By using any of the search parameters in the Search Staff screen, you have the option to select whichever staff members you'd like by checking off their record and create a "Static Staff List" from that selection.
Example:
Under the search parameter "Primary Location(s)" choose a location. Then click the Search button. You will see all staff members that have that location set as their Primary Location. Check the top box on the left side to populate all of the staff member's check boxes.
At the top of the list, select "Add Checked to a Static List called" and key in the name you want for this list. Click the Add button.
To add more staff members to an existing static list, run a search for staff members. Then, check off the staff members you want to add to an existing list and select "Add to Existing Static List" option. Use the drop-down to select the list to which you wish to add these staff members.
If you have a list created, but you want to change the staff members who are in that list, run a search for the staff members. Then, check off the staff members you want to add to an existing list and select "Replace Staff in Existing Static List" option. Use the drop-down to select the list in which you wish to replace these staff members.
