Navigate to the Personnel >>> Contracts tab. To display Position Tracking Records that were approved on a given Board of Education Meeting date, select the BOE Agenda Date and click on the Search button. All positions that were tagged as approved on the selected BOE Agenda Date will be displayed.
Initially, the District should review the contract template assigned to the positions. If no template is assigned, you can click on the Assign Template To button and if the template should be changed, you can utilize the Remove Template From button to clear the selection.
When you select the Staff member (by checking the box on the far left of the row) and you click on the Assign Template To button, the following pop-up box will appear. Select the Contract Template and click on the Assign button.
Once the Contract Template has been assigned,, it will be listed in the search results:
