Publishing Employment Contracts to the Employee Portal

Navigate to the Personnel >>>  Contracts tab.  To display Position Tracking Records that were approved on a given Board of Education Meeting date, select the BOE Agenda Date and click on the Search button.  All positions that were tagged as approved on the selected BOE Agenda Date will be displayed.  Review the search results to ensure the Contract template has been assigned for the Position tracking Record(s) that you are creating contracts.  Then, review the contracts that were created for the selected employees.




To publish the contracts to the Employee Portal for the staff to review and sign, first select the staff member(s) for who you want to create the contract by checking the box on the far left of the row.  Then and you click on the Portal Visibility button.


You have three (3) options:

  1. Visible (Send SF Message Notification):  Contract will be visible in the staff members employee portal and the staff member will receive an email notification related to the employment contract
  2. Visible:  Contract will be visible in the staff members employee portal (no email sent)
  3. Not Visible:  Contract will not be visible in the staff members employee portal (no email sent)

  



Customizing the email / SF Message that is sent

You can customize the email / SF Message that is sent when option #1 (above) is selected.  To do so, click on the link highlighted below:



You can modify the subject fine of the email template and/or the body of the email template.
