Importing Rubrics From Another SchoolFi System

In Staff Management under Evaluations > Setup > Rubrics > List of Rubrics

Using the Import Rubric button on the screen will allow you to import an exported rubric file from another SchoolFi System.

You will NOT be able to load Word, PDF, or any other file time expect the specific file format that is generated when a district using the Export button in the system.

Once you click on the Import Rubric button, it will generate a pop-up on your screen where you can enter the code (which can be whatever you want it to be).

You can enter the name of the rubric for example, Teacher Danielson 2013, or however you want to title them.

Once you complete that you are going to select the file from your computer and click Import.

 

After you click Import, the rubric will be loaded into the system, and can now be used within the workflow settings of the system.
