Step 8 of the Budget Year-End Rollover Guide
The District must update the Organization Relationship Maintainer (Simple Mode) System Task. This will apply the Organization Relationships to next year. Go to the System > Tasks tab and ensure the "Simple Mode" task is enabled (red arrow) and the other mode is disabled (purple arrow).
Click on the Edit button for the Simple Mode task to access the settings.
Ensure that this year and next year are checked off and the previous years are unchecked. You can click the Run Now button to run the task and update your relationships.
When complete ensure you sign off on the rollover tab:
