The District must update the Organization Relationship Maintainer (Simple Mode) System Task. This will apply the Organization Relationships to the succeeding year. Go to the System >>> Tasks tab and ensure the "Simple Mode" task is enabled and the other mode is disabled (red arrows).
Click on the "Simple Mode" task name to access the settings.
Ensure that the succeeding year is checked and the previous years are unchecked. You can click the Run Now button to run the task and update your relationships.
