If the District needs analyze or generate a file containing a file containing data for negotiations (Longevity, ,Additional Contractual Earnings or Health Benefit elections), we recommend running the Position Control Roster (NJQSAC Format) report.
You can select the date to run the report:
And once the report is run, it can be sorted by Salary Guide to ensure the information contained in the report is complete for all staff on the respective salary guide on the selected date.
Alternatively, you can create a custom search view (or utilize one of the Genesis provided Search Result Views) on the Personnel Search screen. You can select the salary guide(s) that you want included in your search and the data will be displayed and can be exported to Excel.
