The following will illustrate the recommended payment amount to the State of Pennsylvania for State Income Tax withholdings. In addition, we will highlight any recommended reports and/or tabs that the District can utilize to review the data.
On the Payroll >> Agency >> Create Payments tab, the recommended payment amount will be listed:
Clicking in the "3" (purple arrow) will display the detail
One of the recommended reports to "verify" the total is the Posted Wage, Tax and Deduction Analysis Report. It can be either be run from the Reports tab, or, it can be found on the Reports section of the finalized payroll:
Another recommended report to "verify" the total is the Payroll Deduction Summary Report. It can be either be run from the Reports tab, or, it can be found on the Reports section of the finalized payroll:
Lastly, you can navigate to the Deductions tab of the finalized payroll
And, to dee the detail, click on the "3" (purple arrow):
